Written by Verse 1 ( Value Of Quran )
تَبَارَكَ ٱلَّذِى نَزَّلَ ٱلْفُرْقَانَ عَلَىٰ عَبْدِهِۦ لِيَكُونَ لِلْعَـٰلَمِينَ نَذِيرًا
Blessed is the One Who sent down the Decisive Authority to His servant,
so that he may be a warner to the whole world.

For a beleiver this ayah is Concerning. Allah is saying that this Quran is something by which we will be judged. the Qur’an itself as the decisive factor between good and evil. Everything we do today goes against this Quran. We are making choices and decision based on other people & Circumstances. We Never Take This Quran as the Decisive authority as it is.
Verse 27 – 28 ( Warning )
وَيَوْمَ يَعَضُّ ٱلظَّالِمُ عَلَىٰ يَدَيْهِ يَقُولُ يَـٰلَيْتَنِى ٱتَّخَذْتُ مَعَ ٱلرَّسُولِ سَبِيلًۭا يَـٰوَيْلَتَىٰ لَيْتَنِى لَمْ أَتَّخِذْ فُلَانًا خَلِيلًۭا
And ˹beware of˺ the Day the wrongdoer will bite his nails ˹in regret˺ and say, “Oh! I wish I had followed the Way along with the Messenger! Woe to me! I wish I had never taken
so-and-so as a close friend.

Wrong Doers are not only the Kuffar, it is also the Muslims who do not Follow This Quran and judge by the book of Allah in their private matters and in their houses. If the Law of Allah is not the law in your country, it is out of your hands, why are the laws of Allah are not applied in your house, whose fault is that. That means you are not following the prophet’s Seerah, and you become the target of this ayah, even as a Muslim.
Verse 30 ( Neglecting The Quran )
وَقَالَ ٱلرَّسُولُ يَـٰرَبِّ إِنَّ قَوْمِى ٱتَّخَذُوا۟ هَـٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانَ مَهْجُورًۭا
The Messenger has cried, “O my Lord! My people
have indeed received this Quran with neglect.”
Verse 43 ( Shirk – Desires )
وَقَالَ ٱلرَّسُولُ يَـٰرَبِّ إِنَّ قَوْمِى ٱتَّخَذُوا۟ هَـٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانَ مَهْجُورًۭا
The Messenger has cried, “O my Lord! My people
have indeed received this Quran with neglect.”
Verse 44 ( Foolish People )
أَمْ تَحْسَبُ أَنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ يَسْمَعُونَ أَوْ يَعْقِلُونَ ۚ إِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا كَٱلْأَنْعَـٰمِ ۖ بَلْ هُمْ أَضَلُّ سَبِيلًا
Or do you think that most of them listen or understand? They are only like cattle—no, more than that, they are astray from the ˹Right˺ Way
Verse 52 ( Quran – Jihad )
فَلَا تُطِعِ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ وَجَـٰهِدْهُم بِهِۦ جِهَادًۭا كَبِيرًۭا
So do not yield to the disbelievers, but strive diligently against them with this ˹Quran˺
Verse 63 ( Humbleness – Imaan )
وَعِبَادُ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَمْشُونَ عَلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ هَوْنًۭا وَإِذَا خَاطَبَهُمُ ٱلْجَـٰهِلُونَ قَالُوا۟ سَلَـٰمًۭا
The ˹true˺ servants of the Most Compassionate are those who walk on the earth humbly, and when the foolish address them ˹improperly˺, they only respond with peace.
Verse 65 ( Dua – Hell )
وَٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا ٱصْرِفْ عَنَّا عَذَابَ جَهَنَّمَ ۖ إِنَّ عَذَابَهَا كَانَ غَرَامًا
˹They are˺ those who pray, “Our Lord! Keep the punishment of Hell away from us, for its punishment is indeed unrelenting.
Verse 67 ( Believers – Spending )
وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَآ أَنفَقُوا۟ لَمْ يُسْرِفُوا۟ وَلَمْ يَقْتُرُوا۟ وَكَانَ بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ قَوَامًۭا
They are˺ those who spend neither wastefully nor stingily,
but moderately in between.
Verse 72 ( Mumin – Dignity )
وَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَشْهَدُونَ ٱلزُّورَ وَإِذَا مَرُّوا۟ بِٱللَّغْوِ مَرُّوا۟ كِرَامًۭا
˹They are˺ those who do not bear false witness, and when they come across falsehood, they pass ˹it˺ by with dignity.
Verse 73 ( Quran – Reminder )
وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِ رَبِّهِمْ لَمْ يَخِرُّوا۟ عَلَيْهَا صُمًّۭا وَعُمْيَانًۭا
˹They are˺ those who, when reminded of the revelation of their Lord, do not turn a blind eye or a deaf ear to it.
Verse 74 ( Dua – Family )
وَٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَٰجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّـٰتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍۢ وَٱجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا
˹They are˺ those who pray, “Our Lord! Bless us with ˹pious˺ spouses and offspring who will be the joy of our hearts, and make us models for the righteous.”
